Returns policy
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Damaged/Incorrect Item: For products that arrive incorrect, defective or damaged in transit by the carrier, please email us.In these cases, we will take care of reshipping our items. There are no additional costs for you, unimmart.com covers all costs. However, we will need a photo/video of the damaged item to process a reshipment. wish to send us the products back, then we will provide you with a shipping label that will be covered by us.
Returns: We want you to have the best shopping experience possible, so we offer a 30-day return window starting from the delivery date. Just a little reminder, for the return to be accepted, the products should be in their original condition, classified as “new” – meaning they should be unopened and still in their original packaging, with no signs of prior use. Your satisfaction is our utmost priority, and we’re here to make sure you’re happy with your purchase! Note that customers are responsible for the mailing fee. Who bears the costs for the return? If the item arrives damaged, unimart shop will cover the return postage costs and send the customer a return label. If the customer changes their mind within 30 days after the delivery of the shipment, the customer will bear the cost of returning the goods.
